1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c margarine
1/4 c flour
2 c (1can) chicken broth
1 tsp chicken bouillon
8 oz sour cream at room temperature
3 c slivered chicken
2 c shredded cheddar
4 oz chopped green chilies
1 tsp chili powder
10-12 8" flour tortillas

Preheat oven to 350
In saucepan cook onion in margarine till tender. Stir in flour, chicken broth and bouillon - cook until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
In large bowl, combine 1c sauce, chicken, 1 c cheese, chilies and chili powder. Mix well.
Fill tortillas and place in greased 9x13 pan. Spoon remaining sauce over tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 30 minutes.
Makes roughly 6-10 tortillas if you fill full.
*May substitute seafood for chicken and omit chilies and chili powder.
*To make cream cheese enchiladas - put only 4 oz sour cream in and add 4 oz of cream cheese.
