1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Molasses or Pancake Syrup
1 Cup Shortening
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
2 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Raisins

Cream sugar and shortening; beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Mix in oats, molasses, and raisins. Bake for about 10 minutes at 375. Makes 2 dozen.
