3 Qts. Popcorn, popped
3 Cups Mixed Nuts, unsalted (optional)
1 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 Cup Light Karo Syrup
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:

Spray large roasting pan with nonstick spray. Combine popcorn and nuts in pan. Place in 250 oven while preparing glaze. In a heavy saucepan, stir sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Sir constantly. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Without stirring let mixture boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour syrup over popcorn, stirring to coat. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cool and break.
