1/2 Cup Butter
2/3 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Honey
2 Eggs
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1-1/2 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Yellow Cornmeal
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Frozen Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, honey, eggs and salt. Add flour, cornmeal and baking powder. Blend thoroughly. Add milk while mixing. Add corn to mixture by hand. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup about 3/4 full. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes. You may also pour into a 9X13 greased baking dish and cook until golden brown. Insert a toothpick in the middle, if it comes out clean it's done.
