2 (17 oz.) cans aprocots, drained
1 box light brown sugar
2 sleeves of ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange layer of apricots in greased baking dish.
Cover with brown sugar and ritz crackers. Dot with butter. Repeat. Bake 300 approx. 1 hour. Top should be crusty.
