1 Cup Butter
1-1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts. Press evenly into 9X13 pan. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 375 for 20 minutes. When cool, break into miscellaneous pieces like peanut brittle.
