1 MEDIUM ONION
1 CELERY STALK
1 POUND GROUND BEEF
3/4 CUP WATER
2 CANS (16 OUNCES) BLACK BEANS
1 PACKAGE TACO SEASONING
1 4 OUNCE CAN DICED, MEDIUM GREEN CHILIES
2 GREEN ONIONS
1/4 POUND MONTEREY JACK, SHREDDED
1/3 CUP QUARTERED OLIVES
1 CUPS CRUSHED TORTILLA CHIPS
1 LARGE TOMATO, CUT UP

Directions:
Directions:
Dice onion and celery, and cook on high heat with ground beef. After cooked, stir in taco seasoning mix and water; blend well.
Add beans and chilies, including liquid. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
Top with onions, cheese, olives, tomato and tortilla chips. Eat with sour creme.
