1 Pkg. Frozen Chimichangas of your choice.
1 Lg. Can Red Enchilada Sauce
1 Lb. Ground Beef
1 Pkg. Cheese, grated
Sour Cream
Green Onions, sliced
Black Olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain off excess fat. In a baking dish line chimichangas in bottom. Place ground beef on top of chimichangas. Cover with enchilada sauce, cheese and sliced olives. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream and green onions.
