2 - 3 lbs sirloin tip roast cut into 1" cubes
3 T flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 cups beef bouillion
2 T cooking oil
1 pkg brown gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
This works best in the crockpot. Place flour, salt, pepper, meat tenderizer and onion powder in plastic bag. Add beef and coat well. In dutch oven, place oil and heat. Add meat and brown on all sides.Place meat, gravy mix and beef bouillion in crockpot and cook on low 6 - 8 hrs. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
