5 cups cooked chicken cut into chunks
2 tbsp salad oil
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
3 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups green grapes
1 1/2 cups celery
1 15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup toasted almonds
1 1/2 cup mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Let stand while combining other ingredients. Gently toss all ingredients together. Chill.
