6 EGGS SEPARATED.
2 CUPS SUGAR.
1 QUART HALF AND HALF.
2 CUPS BOURBON.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites to peak. Beat yolks to lemon color, and gradually add about half the sugar. Begin adding the half & half and the rest of the sugar. After all the sugar and half & half has been added, pour in the bourbon. Fold in the egg whites with a spoon. Chill before serving. Dust with nutmeg if desired.
