2 lb Perri Sweet sausage links
3 large cans chicken broth
1 c orzo (measured dry)
1 large and 1 small can white beans rinsed
1/2 pack dry onion soup mix
16oz fresh spinach
3 tsp dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Take the sausage out of the casing (6-7 balls per link) and brown in soup pot
Drain grease
Add chicken broth and cooked orzo, rinsed beans, onion soup mix and thyme
Once broth is hot add spinach

Makes about 7 quarts
