4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 14-oz. can water-packed artichokes drained and coarsely chopped
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. mayo
2 cloves crushed garlic
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Place chicken breasts between two layers of waxed paper and pound for 10 sec. each. Put in a single layer in a casserole dish (9 by 13 inch baking dish) sprayed with cooking spray. Combine other ingredients and spread evenly over chicken, coating completely. Bake, uncovered, for 20 min. or until brown and bubbly.
