1 pkg. chicken breasts (6) cooked and cut up
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 - 16 oz sour cream
2 - 4 oz cans diced green chilies
2 - 4 oz cans sliced olives
1 1/2 lb. jack cheese
1 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 large onion diced
30 medium flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream, olives, chilies, cheese in a large sauce pan until it boils. (Save 1/4 of cheese for the top)
Let sit one hour, add chicken.
Roll in tortillas. Cover with cheese. Let sit overnight.
Bake 325 for 1 hour (or until cheese is melted)

They can be wrapped in foil and frozen to bake later. I wrapped in packages of 4.
