1 MEDIUM ONION.
4 CARROTS.
1 POUND HAMBURGER.
1 CAN #2 TOMATOES.
1 CAN CONSOMME.
4 CELERY LEAVES.
2 TABLESPOONS PARSLEY.
1/4 TEASPOON THYME.
1 TEASPOON SALT (OR MORE).
3 OR 4 POTATOES, CUBED.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in two tablespoons butter. Add hamburger and slightly brown. Add tomatoes, consomme', 2 cans water, celery, parsley, potatoes, carrots and other desired vegetables. Season and cook 3 hours
