One cup Kale.
Hambone or pig hocks (to yield one cup meat).
1/4 Cup Parsley.
1/2 Cup Oatmeal.
Celery salt.
Five potatoes, preferrably red.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a ham bone or pig hocks to get about one cup meat. Chop fine and refrigerate.
Grind kale to end up with about one cup, and add to broth.
The recipe needs about 1/4 cup parsley, preferably fresh, and add to broth.
Peel about five potatoes, preferably red. Cube them into 3/4 inch cubes and cook in broth until done. Do not overcook.
Add about cup oatmeal and cook five minutes until done.
Add about teaspoon celery salt, more if needed, to taste.
Add chopped ham, heat about five minutes, and serve.
