1 pkg. of Lipton onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3/4 cup of "cheap" red wine 1 lb. stew meat 2 carrots, cut into large pieces New potatoes quartered or halved Mushrooms and onions are optional
Mix all ingredients and bake covered at 300º for 3 hours.
