2 cups of diced cooked chicken
1- 7oz pkg. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese grated
2 - 10 3/4 oz. cream mushroom soup
2 cups milk
1/2 green pepper chopped
1- 2 oz. jar of pimentos diced
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 - 3 oz. can of water chestnuts sliced
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp. salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Put in a 9x13 Pyrex dish and bake for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 350.
