1 UNBAKED PIE SHELL. 2 EGGS. 3/4 CUP SUGAR. 1/4 TEASPOON SALT. 3/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON. 1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG. 1/4 TEASPOON CLOVES. 1 CUP SOUR CREAM. 1 CUP RAISINS.
Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt and spices. Combine with raisins and sour cream. Bake at 10 minutes at 450º then at 350º for 25-30 minutes until knife comes out clear. Serve with whipped cream or hard sauce.
