2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
10 oz. carton of cottage cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 - 10 oz. pkg. broccoli - thawed
1 stick melted margarine
Grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350. Top with grated cheese.
