1/2 c celery
1/2 c chopped mushrooms
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
generous squeeze lemon juice
3 T butter
1/2 c chopped onion
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 6 oz pkg garlic cheese, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, mushrooms in butter. Add broccoli. Mix in soup and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts and is blended. Add lemon juice. Serve warm in chafing dish. Serve with king-size Fritos or El Galindo chips.
