1 unbaked pie crust
3 eggs, divided to yolks and whites
1 c. sugar, heaping
2 tbsp. flour
small amount of water
rhubarb
additional sugar for the meringue

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the yolks, sugar, flour, and a very small amount of water. Pour 1/2 of this mixture into pie shell. Then put in cut-up rhubarb. Cover with remaining mixture. Bake until done.
Beat egg whites and add a small amount of sugar. Put on baked pie and then brown in oven.

This recipe was in Aunt Barb's handwriting. Okay... so this doesn't have much for info. I would say at least 3 cups of rhubarb, and bake at 350 F until the rhubarb is soft - probably a good 40 minutes or more.
