Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound of spaghetti
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves peeled or minced garlic in a jar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot bring to a boil your pasta around 6 to 8 minutes. Drain pasta in a colander, reserving 2 tablespoons of the pasta water. The reserved water will help create the sauce. (The sauce is just enough to coat the pasta). DO NOT rinse the pasta with water, this way the sauce will stick. In a large saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute until light brown. Do not over cook. Remove and discard the browned garlic.
Carefully add the reserved pasta water to the olive oil and stir to combine. Place the spaghetti into the pan and mix well for 1 minute. Remove from pan and place in a bowl and top with fresh herbs or parmesan cheese.

Personal Notes:
You can add anything you like. My favorite is to saute some shrimp in garlic and layer it on top.
