1 1/4 c mayonnaise, 1/4 c chopped cilantro, 1/4 c chopped celery, 1/4 c chopped red onion, 1/4 c chopped red pepper, 2 tsp tabisco (or to taste), 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, 2 lbs of potatoes

Directions:
Boil potatoes in jackets until firmly done. Cool, peel jackets, and dice up potatoes as per liking in a potato salad. Mix all of the other ingredients and add to potatoes. Refridgerate at least an hour before serving.
