1 c milk,
3 eggs.
1 c shredded cheddar cheese,
1 1/2 c Italian bread crumbs
3 cans drained oysters

Directions:
Directions:
Whip eggs into milk. Add bread crumbs and let set for a few minutes. Add oysters and cheese. Put in buttered casserol dish and bake 45-60 minutes at 350

Edith Wright told me she served this every Thanksgiving. It has been a stable for our Thanksgiving every year since then. A real treat.
