1 onion chopped
1/2 c butter
2 1/2 c water or chicken broth
2 can cream-style corn
6 med potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 " cubes 2 c milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1)In a sauce pan, saute onion in butter until tender. Add the water/broth, corn and potatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Reduce heat to low.
2)Stir in the milk, salt and pepper. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
