18 peppers, 1 clove garlic,
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened,
1 c shredded sharp cheddar,
1/4 c mayonaise,
1/2 tsp oregano leaves.
2 egg whites,
1 Tbsp milk,
2 c corn flakes, crushed,
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peppers in half, remove seeds. Press garlic in 1 qt bowl. Add cheese, mayo, oregano. Mix. Put 1 Tbsp mix in each pepper. Whisk egg and milk. Crush flakes. Dip pepper in eg then crumbs to coat. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until tender at 350. Serve with salsa
