1/2 c. milk, scalded
30 large marshmallows
1 c. cream, whipped
1 large almond chocolate bar, grated
1 tsp. vanilla
graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Line bottom of pan with graham cracker crumbs. Add the marshmallows to the scalded milk. Stir and let cool. When cool, fold in the whipped cream, the grated chocolate, and vanilla. Pour mixture over crumb crust. Sprinkle additional crumbs on top. Chill.

Another dessert out of Grandma Ruth's recipe box. It was written in Barb's handwriting. I would assume the chocolate bar would be one of the large Hershey's with Almonds. Grandma never had anything fancier than that around. Also, it says that it may be served with a dab of whipped cream and a cherry on top!
