1 CUP SUGAR
3 T. CORNSTARCH
2 CUPS MILK, SCALDED
1/8 TSP. SALT
1 CUP NUTS, CHOPPED
1 CUP OF FLAKED COCOANUT

Directions:
Directions:
SCALD MILK. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS AND ADD EGG
YOLKS. GRADUALLY STIR IN SCALDED MILK. COOK IN
DOUBLE BOILER FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES, STIRRING
OFTEN. COOL. ADD 1 CUP OF NUTS AND 1 CUP OF
FLAKED COCOANUT
