8 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 jar (26 to 28 oz.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle with garlic slat and pepper flakes. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 c spaghetti sauce. Add 1 1/2 c. cheese mix well. Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce into an 11x7 baking dish. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of each lasagna moodle; roll up and place seam-side down in baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce evely over roll-ups. Cover with foil; bake at 375 for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven; uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
