1 medium onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp oil
1 c sour cream
3/4 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 c milk
1 can chopped green chilies
1/4 tsp cumin
3 cans (15 0z) golden hominy, drained

Directions:

Saute onion and garlic. Add to rest of ingredients. Pour into greased 2 qt baking dish. Bake uncovered 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
