1 pound hot sausage
1 pound American cheese, shredded
3 cups Bisquick mix

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Crumble into a bowl and mix well with cheese. Blend in Bisquick with a pastry blender or with your hands. Shape into walnut-sized balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until brown. May be frozen and reheated.
Yield: 9 dozen
