Bottom Layer 2 c oatmeal 1 c flour 1 2/3 sticks oleo 1 c brown sugar 2 ND layer 1 c sugar 1 c water 2 T corn starch 1/2 tsp cinnamon 4 c chopped rhubarb
Bottom layer Mix together (save 1 c) and spread rest out, in buttered 9 x 13 pan. 2nd layer Cook ingredients and cook until thick. Add 4 c chopped rhubarb to bottom layer and then the hot mix, then top the 1 c of topping you saved on top. Bake at 375 º for 30 minutes.
