3 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
2 tbsp soda
2 tbsp vinegar
pinch salt
2 c water
1/2 c oil
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, and cocoa. In a separate bowl combine soda and vinegar. Add to flour mixture. Add salt, water, oil, and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan (9x13 or bundt). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
