Measure 1 c flat beer. Mix with salad oil, 1 medium onion, diced, 2 t curry powder, 1 t ginger, 1/4 t garlic powder, and 1 t salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into pieces easy to handle. Cover with sauce and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Grill over hot coals, turning frequently until desired doneness.
