1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. small toasted bread crumbs
2 c. corn flakes
4 c. dice rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and add 1/2 c. sugar and eggs. Beat well. Stir in vanilla, nutmeg, bread crumbs, corn flakes. Put half of this mixture in buttered 9x13 baking dish. Arrange 4 c. rhubarb over top. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. sugar. Cover with remaining creamed mixture. Bake at 370 for 35 min.
