Ingredients:
2 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 Sm. Onion, diced (I prefer purple ones)
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Thyme
1 Tsp. Sage
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
1/4 Cup Water
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Add all ingredients into a mixer until well blended. You can either make this into a loaf and then cover the outside with ketchup or you can roll them into balls and spread ketchup on the outside of the balls. I like to do it this way for my kids. Bake the loaf for about 1 hour or the balls for 35 to 45 minutes. Served great with brown rice and sauteed green beans!
