2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
2 Med. Cloves of Garlic
1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)
1/2 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Blend up basil with garlic and olive oil with hand blender. Add in the salt and pepper to taste, then if desired add in the parmesan cheese. This goes with penne pasta and cut up chicken. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. When pasta is cooked just pour the sauce on top and mix into the pasta. Do not cook the sauce! Add chicken and enjoy!
