1-1/2 Cup Water, very warm
1 Tbsp. Malted Milk Powder
1 Tbsp. Honey
4 to 4-1/2 Cups Flour
Butter, melted

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Proof the yeast. Stir in honey and salt. Add flour; gradually the dough will form a ball. Turn out onto a floured board and lightly knead about 6 to 8 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover for about 15 minutes. Divide the dough into 24 pieces and shape each piece into a long thin rope or short and thick one if you like your sticks like that. Place on a greased cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Season with your favorite seasonings, i.e., seasoned salt, parmesan cheese, poppy seeds, cinnamon and sugar. Let the sticks rise about 15 minutes and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350.
