1 (12oz.) Pkg. Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 Cup Margarine 1 (13oz.) Can of Evaporated Milk 1 Lb. Powdered Sugar 2 Tsp. Vanilla
In a saucepan combine all the ingredients except for the vanilla and bring to a boil. Continue to boil for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream.
