2 Lbs. Beef Stew Meat, no need to brown
4-6 Potatoes, cubed in bite size pieces
2 Stalks Celery, chopped
4-6 Carrots, chopped
1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
1 Can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Pkg. Dry Onion Soup
2 Cups Water
2 Bay Leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and put in a roasting pan. Cover and bake at 275 for at least 6 hours. Stir occasionally. It also does well in a crock-pot. Freezes well too. Serves 7 to 8 BIG servings.
