1 Envelope French's Potato/Pancake Mix 1/2 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Flour 1 (12oz.) Can Spanish Style Corn (1-1/2 Cup)
Mix potato/pancake mix as directed on packaging. Let stand 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Fill a heavy skillet with about 1 inch of oil and heat on high. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture into oil when hot for each fritter and deep fry until golden brown; turn once.
