1-1/2 Lbs. Ground Meat
1 Sm. Onion, Chopped
1 Sm. Can Olives, chopped
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
3 Sm. Cans Tomato Sauce
1/2-1 Pint Cottage Cheese
1/2-1 Pint Sour Cream
Tortilla Chips
Monterey Jack Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat. Add onions, olives, seasoning and tomato sauce. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream and set aside. Crush tortilla chips to form a crust in 2 quart casserole dish or 9X13 pan. Cover with 1/2 of meat mixture. Spoon 1/2 of cream mixture over meat. Cover with layer of jack cheese. Layer the rest of the meat and creamy mixture. Cover with thick layer of jack cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
