1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 T. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 T. sugar
zest of 1 orange
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. finely chopped dried cranberries
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
mint leaves for garnish, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl beat cream cheese, orange juice, sugar, orange peel, and cinammon on medium speed until fluffy. Stir in cranberries and pecans. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with mint leaves as desired. Serve with Keebler crackers.
