3 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup basil, chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 lbs jumbo shrimp

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a zip lock bag, and place in refrigerator overnight. When ready to cook, skewer the shrimp and place on a hot grill till shrimp are pink.
