2 cups flour, 4 t. baking powder,
t. salt, 1 cup milk
1 cups beer, 2 eggs separated;
cup melted butter or bacon grease

Directions:
Directions:
Whip whites into soft peaks and set aside. Save yolks.

Mix all ingredients together including egg yolks. Once mixed, carefully fold egg whites into the mixture. Spoon onto hot grill in about 4 rounds.
