1 Zucchini
1 Onion
4 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
1 Tsp. Seasoning Salt (I use Lowrey's)
1 Cup Cheese, grated
10 Soda Crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Grate and par boil zucchini and onion for 1 to 2 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
