3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Topping:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1-1/2 Cups Water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa together into a 9 inch square pan. Stir in milk, butter and vanilla. Spread batter evenly into pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Pour water over all (trust me!) Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve immediately over vanilla ice cream. Yummmmm!

I double this recipe for my family and put it in a 10X15 pan. Ethan chooses this "cake" for his birthday ever year. Don't put candles in it, though!
