2-1/2 Cups Shortening
1-1/2 Cups Cocoa
4 Cups Sugar
8 Eggs, beaten
2 Tsp. Vanilla
3 Cups Flour
2 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt shortening and cocoa together. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Turn off heat and add eggs and vanilla stirring as you pour. Add flour and salt and stir. Pour into a greased 10X15 pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. This is a double recipe, it is thicker. Half a recipe uses a 10X13 and bakes for 19 minutes.
