1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 T flour
1 pkg Knox Gelatin
1 baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk, sugar, flour and egg yolks until thick. Soak 1 pkg gelatin in 1/3 cup water. Add to cooked mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff, add 2 T sugar. Fold into cooked mixture with 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour into baked 9" pie crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Keep in refrigerator.
